With a public service minor, you will gain a solid theoretical foundation in the study and practice of public service, preparing you for citizenship, leadership, and careers in governmental and non-profit agencies and encouraging a spirit of volunteerism. To receive a minor, the student must achieve a minimum overall cumulative grade point average of 2.00 in all courses specified as a requirement for the minor exclusive of 200-level courses and prerequisite courses and complete a minimum of six hours in upper-level courses in the minor requirement through courses offered by ¶¶MÅ®ÆÍ.
